Jiu-Jitsu is centered on the self-defense in a real situation of aggression. It combines the spirits of old samurais, the self-control and controls its violence. The translation of Jiu-Jitsu is "the art of the flexibility".
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that originated from Japan. It’s based on real self-defense situations. It’s a combination of Aikido, Karate, Judo and Boxing.
It’s the most complete form of martial art self-defense.
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial discipline of which the ultimate goal aims at the improvement of oneself. Jiu-Jitsu offers to the practitioner a dynamic and pleasant way to:
